Record of cheap mortgages

In England the mortgages are cheapest now, previous years the people of England have been paid a 20´5% of their take-home pay, now the people pay 15.4 per cent of their take-home pay.
Also, because of descent of mortgages the interest rate has reached record low of 0´5 %.

Banks have made a concerted effort to increase the amount they lend to first-time buyers and the people are making the opportunity to invest.

The prospective buyers have got opportunity for investing in bricks and mortar according to the news.

Steven Lees, director of Smart?New?Homes, said that they were seeing a range of new affordable mortgage products coming.

Opinion:

In my opinion this news isn´t better than they say us because this is caused by crisis. I think isn´t good that the prices fall very much because the managers of the building won little money and could reduce the construction and as a result of it would have less work and more dismissals. I believe the building is the biggest source of money of world.

A CRITICAL SITUATION IN SPAIN

Actually, Spain is the European country with the biggest number of people out of work. The average unemployment rate in Europe is 10'3 % while in Spain it is bigger than twice: 22'8 %. More than 5.3 million Spaniards were unemployed at the beginning of the year. Spain hadn't had this rate twenty years ago. The majority of them are young people, between 16 and 24 years-old. The Spanish new government's president has said that he will improve this situation, but, all Spanish people don't believe that. In fact, there are many people that have no hope. Lot of parents are desemployed for more than two years.

All this is due to the property bubble burst in 2008. If the price of a house in 2004 was 20 million, in 2008, the same house could cost about almost 30 million. In adition, the domestic demand has also decreased a lot. Economists say Spain go into recession again in this year.

I has selected this news because I have also worked many times at the biggest Spain's company: INEM (and it is so hard!) I think that this situation will not change in several years. I believe that the new president cannot do anything for improve the bad economic situation. Only time can put things back in place.

“They're not fat, they're just big-brained”

Tiny spiders have a huge brain , sometimes bigger than their body.
For the study at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute they examined nine tipes of spider species from six web-weaving families.
The researchers found like a rule : the smaller the spider, the bigger its brain if you compare with the body size.
In some spiders, the central nervous system took up nearly 80 percent of the space in their bodies, sometimes is to big for be just in head as humans and the most of the animals, so some spiders have the brain as well from head to legs.
Taking just for the brain so much space of spider’s body would seem to be a problem for a spider's other organs.
Just by the way the spiders are, it would make sense that sometimes they are immune to the arachnids.
For instance, another spiders which the researchers examined in a separate study, the adult's digestive its from head and body cavity.
Presumably, large brains are necessary to do big webs, a behavior thought to be more complex that the life of a simple beetle.Still, three so-called "kleptoparasitic" spiderswhich have lost the ability to do webs, they never try to steal insects from other spiders having the opportunity,so that had no signs of having a relatively small brain .Of course, being quick and clever also requires a certain level of smarts, which may explain why spider-burglars seem to have just as small brain as the insects they steal.
